We’re two hours away from moving our daughter into her sophomore year. This is it. Not crying this time. Last year was like a full mourning period. This time, I’m even more proud of her and excited for what she’ll do. Dropping off your last kid at college is no joke – prepare to be left alone with a wad of tissues, an enormous sense of identity crisis and the remote. It’s an earth-shaking change and I feel for all parents going through it. It’s your time now, so what will you do with that? Still trying to figure that out.
