Check out this guy. He doesn’t need a hat or a waist. The best part is I look way better than him. I could just stand next to that tank at the Seaside Aquarium all day, lookin’ good. We went there on a day trip with my dad and his wife Chris on their last day here. Talk about a serious mood booster. It was so great hanging out with them, watching the kids have an absolute blast playing with their grandparents and NOT thinking about Weird Cancer Guy. I didn’t feel like I was going to die even once. That was last week. I’m going to carry these images around in my head for a long time. Thanks for coming out here, Dad and Chris. We love you!
THREE POSITIVES:
1-
Livvie made fresh-squeezed orange juice for everyone. The oranges were pink and blood oranges from Kruger’s on Hawthorne. I know the Kruger’s are me best friends, but seriously – those were the best oranges I’ve ever had. Go get some!
2- Trina is on the SCENE – planning an auction to raise more funds. It’s going to be crazy fun. Details coming soon.
3- I’m tired in a relaxed, peaceful kind of way after my dad and Chris being here. So I’m not going to count it as tired, just thankful.
